A service that can help with psychological problems.    This site will enable you to access simple, uncomplicated creative cognitive behavioural therapy (CCBT).  Creative because I use insights from a number of psychotherapies and psychological perspectives to inform and enhance CBT.  


In CBT we intervene at three points: behaviour, thinking and emotions.  My first port of call is behaviour because what we are doing often maintains the problem.  Secondly, I teach emotional regulation and toleration techniques, and finally, I help you to take a critical look at your thinking. 

I can offer help with:

Anxiety Disorders, including Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Generalised Anxiety Disorder (worrying about a thousand and one things). 
Depression
Guilt
Shame
Anger
Hurt
Jealousy

Please note that I cannot offer online/distance help with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) because I consider that this requires face to face therapy, nor can I offer help with personality disorders, which frequently require specialist in – patient interventions.
